Flow Fit

Our flow fit is designed to flow with you.  With high elasticity, this fit ensures that it is super comfy as you sweat and relax. The waist band is also designed to not move or roll down.

All Idea Athletic tights are made from the highest quality premium fabrics available. They are squat proof and 4 way stretch. This means Idea Athletic leggings give you a free range of motion, however you choose to move.

NB- Flow fit tights do run larger so we do recommend sizing down.
